Dallas Challenger Cup
Another day, another city and this time Dallas, Texas was the location! Dallas had their first ever Teqball Challenger Cup on August 7-August 8. On Day 1 was the all female category while Day 2 was a doubles tournament. The ladies had some local representation along with some athletes coming in from different states and it was the same on Day 2 with a range of players coming in to Texas from all over!
After the last challenger cup in the states, which was the first ever beach tournament, this one was back on the court. There were familiar faces who battled for their rankings and to hold on the their titles. Doubles partners Luka Pilic and Dennis Coreia were defending their title with back to back 1st place wins and it was exciting to watch the games.
The results ended as follows:
August 7 (Female Doubles):
- 1st place: Carolyn Greco/ Juliana Cabral
- 2nd place: Brendaul Lybbert/ Karolina Cruz
- 3rd place: Maia Rondinelli/ Melissa Rondinelli
August 8 (Doubles):
- 1st place: Luka Pilic/ Dennis Correia
- 2nd place: Frankie Diaz/ Carlos Videla
- 3rd place: Andres Berriel/ Harvey Castro
